Our Founders

Steve Doswell

Steve is a seasoned tech executive who has served as CEO, COO and SVP with early-stage and large enterprises. Over his 25+ year career, Steve has been a co-founder or a founding-team member of three previous Canadian technology start-ups. Each of those companies were built up to over 400 employees before eventually being acquired by major North American brands. Along the way, the companies collectively raised almost $200 million in financing, including two very successful IPOs.

Ziad Feghali

Ziad is a results and solutions-focused visionary global exec with demonstrated ability to solve complex deep-seated challenges on behalf of clients. Ziad has a wealth of knowledge and skills cemented throughout his 25+ years rewarding career. Through a rich academic and professional background, he has an ever-evolving knowledge-base in a dynamic array of areas, including business development, strategic sales and growth, product management, contract management, revenue generation, vendor & stakeholder management.

Doug Sutherland

Doug has worn many titles, including CTO, but considers himself a businessperson, a partner, a digital architect and strategist, and a delivery and operationalization expert. He manages product development for Soundpays ultrasonic-based sound cue technology that combine mobile shopping cart, back-office inventory and fulfilment with actionable advertising. He’s responsible for all aspects of product development including front-end, server-side and middleware on an Elixir/Erlang stack. Doug co-authored 2 of Soundpays 3 patents.

Steve spent nearly three decades at Omnicom, most recently as the EVP of Global Strategic Partnerships for Omnicom Media Group. He focused on digital strategies and investments for many of Omnicom’s clients and launched OMG’s trading desk, Accuen, in 2008. Steve was also instrumental in the launching of Annalect in 2010, Omnicom’s Data and Analytics practice. Jeff Lucas

DK Metcalf

DK Metcalf’s rise to football greatness began at an early age, fully coming into frame during his time at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss). Showing flashes of stardom, he was drafted in the second round by the Seattle Seahawks in 2019. That same year he broke NFL and franchise records, cementing him as one of the league’s best out the gate. In 2020, he was selected as an NFL All-Pro player and Pro Bowler. While an undeniable athletic talent, DK’s passions reach past the field of play, stemming into fashion and philanthropy.

Jeff Morander

Jeff joined the Association of Luxury Suite Directors (ALSD) as CEO in May 2022, arriving from the Ottawa Senators of the National Hockey League. With over 35 years senior management experience in the sports industry, Morander has also worked for the Phoenix/Arizona Coyotes (NHL), Sacramento Kings (NBA) and Monarchs (WNBA); the Atlanta Hawks (NBA) and Thrashers (NHL); the Chicago Bears (NFL); the Houston Rockets (NBA) and Comets (WNBA); the Tampa Bay Lightning (NHL); the Atlanta Knights (IHL) and Hartford Whalers (NHL).
